Born and raised in Zurich and Küsnacht ZH. I studied law at the University of Zurich (graduated in 2003). Research assistant (2003-2005) and doctoral dissertation on the question of the ”Effectiveness of subsequent contracts in the event of cartel agreements” (Doctor of Law 2006, summa cum laude). Trainee and Court clerk at a district Court (Bezirksgericht) in the Canton of Zurich (2005-2009; later substitute judge in addition to my other duties); bar examination in Zurich and admission to the bar in Switzerland (2009). I then worked at a large commercial law firm in Zurich; focus of my work: Company law, contract law and banking and stock exchange law (2009-2012). Postgraduate degree at the University of New South Wales, Sydney (LL.M. 2012). I then worked in a medium-sized commercial law firm in Zurich; focus of my work: litigation in all practice areas of a commercial law firm, and debt enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings (2013-2020). I finally established my own law firm in Zurich. For my continuous professional development, I regularly attend seminars, conferences, and expert groups of the Zurich Bar Association.
Member of the Zurich Bar Association ZAV and of the Swiss Bar Association SAV.
I am registered with the attorneys’ registry of the Canton of Zurich and admitted to all Swiss courts.
