Family Law (Mediation)

If you have a legal dispute within the scope of one of our areas of activity, we recommend that you contact us via the following channels:

By telephone or FAX

Via the contact form, where you can briefly explain your case so that a specialist can take care of it.

Via e-mail and social networks

We will contact you within a maximum of 48 hours. From this point on, it depends on the complexity and nature of the case, but we always look for an efficient and quick solution.

We are there for you from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 19:00.

Keeping our customers up to date is one of our obligations, which we take on professionally in every case and in every action period. Communication takes place via the medium that the client specifies to us.

You can contact us at any time without obligation.

Successful mandate management is based on comprehensive instruction. In doing so, we rely on receiving all relevant information from the client. The more detailed the client’s preparation is, the more efficient each meeting or response to an inquiry will be. An informal initial meeting can be held in advance, and an initial assessment of the steps to be taken and the associated costs can be made. Based on the initial meeting, we can determine whether it is possible for us to take action ourselves in foreign clients or whether other bodies are more suitable for this purpose. We communicate openly about this and also expect the corresponding acceptance of our decisions.

We expressly reserve the right to reject mandates that we cannot represent ethically or that otherwise contradict our attitudes.

The fees of our partners outside Switzerland vary from country to country where we provide our services.
