In many cases no legal disputes are necessary. If, for example, a dismissal should occur, we will be happy to contact your former employer soberly and objectively if you wish. In many cases, an appropriate compensation payment can be agreed upon to avoid going to court and to offer both sides an enormous time saving. Mediation is therefore one of the most important areas for a quick and out-of-court settlement.

This applies not only to situations such as loss of employment, but also to unfair treatment or misinterpreted contracts. A usual clarification from person to person optimizes in most cases the relationship with the employer and provides a certain transparency. This ultimately makes it easier to achieve the desired results and to benefit even from a legally fair agreement.
